Scream
A lot of sites encourage you to go outside and scream or yell, but I personally think that idea is ridiculous only because you may cause someone to think you are being hurt and will send out the police. Unless you know of a safe place where no one will hear you, I suggest keeping it indoors. Screaming into a pillow works really well. Sometimes we just need to explode. This way you won’t be hurting yourself.
