Drive

Driving is an excellent way (one of my very favorites) of toning down the internal drama. Focusing on the repetitive and simple mechanics of driving are a good distraction. Nothing compares to a full tank of gas, your favorite CDs, and everywhere to go.

Tip: Always be safe while driving. Driving while emotionally distraught has the potential to harm you or someone else. Please only use this alternative if you are completely confident of your physical and mental stability as it is meant to help clear your head, not turn you into a deadly weapon.
