Pamper Yourself

I know that it's hard to even think about being nice to yourself in such a miserable moment, but trust me, if you just stop, take a deep breath, and use this alternative, you will feel so much better.

Your body is your temple. It is the vehicle in which permits you to function and interact with your environment. Instead of hurting it, treat it as if it were your single most valuable possession...

...because it is.

Draw yourself a bubble bath, complete with candlelight and music. Take it easy and relax. If you you'd rather not take a bath, do something else that you really enjoy. The idea is to treat yourself.
