"How do I quit and what can I do instead?"
I created this personal-gone-public collection of alternatives to supply you with all the information you'll need to make better choices in your moments of vulnerability.
Sticky Hands
Get some classic Elmer's Glue and squirt a dob of it (about the size of a nickel) into the palm of your hand. Rub both hands together until the glue becomes very tacky. Hold your hands tightly together for a couple of minutes before pulling them gently apart. You should be able to peel off bits of glue. Do this until all the glue has been removed. At that point, you shouldn't want to self-injure anymore.
